Ho trascorso due notti al Gems Garden Guest House e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza meravigliosa! Il posto è immerso in un'atmosfera tranquilla, ideale per chi cerca relax e una fuga dalla frenesia della vita quotidiana. La nostra camera era spaziosa, pulita e dotata di un delizioso balcone con vista sul giardino, dove abbiamo potuto osservare gli uccelli e, con una sorpresa, anche delle scimmie! La vera magia, però, sta nella famiglia che gestisce il guest house: Ruwan e il suo team sono stati incredibilmente accoglienti e disponibili, aiutandoci a organizzare gite in tuk-tuk e fornendoci consigli utili per esplorare la zona. E non posso dimenticare il cibo: il curry fatto in casa era divino e rappresentava una perfetta combinazione di cucina tradizionale sri-lankese e piatti freschi di pesce. Se cercano un posto dove staccare la spina e assaporare la vera ospitalità, vi consiglio vivamente il Gems Garden. Non vedo l'ora di tornare!
